PROCESSING TIME

Our products are made to order and our current lead time is 5-7 working days.

If you need your order to arrive before a specific day, please Contact Us prior to ordering and leave a note of your request in order notes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

 US SHIPPING

Once dispatched, we expect US orders to arrive within 1-2 or 2-4 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.

Delivery cost is based on parcel's weight and size and is calculated at checkout. Orders are sent via the USPS Priority Mail. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Outside of US

Once dispatched, we expect international orders to arrive within 6-7 working days. Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays and parcels could be held in customs longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.
